held a public hearing Thursday, May 22, 2008 on the
PROPOSED
BUDGET AND WATER/WASTEWATER RATE INCREASES FOR FY 2009 and
rates were approved as proposed.
Changes
in connection and miscellaneous fees effective September 1,
2008
Rain Sensors Required
As irrigation systems are prepared for the spring, be aware
that ACSA has amended its Rules and Regulations to include a
requirement that all irrigation systems have an operational
rain sensor. It is required that these sensors be adjusted to
temporarily shut off the irrigation system once one-fourth (1/4)
inch of rainfall has occurred.
